We work with farmers & milling companies
to bring the freshest possible product to
our customers. We use the finest ingredients that we can
find. My Grandma always said what you put in is what you’ll get out. Naturally Made ~ Naturally Best
Today, more and more consumers want to know where their food comes from. We provide fresh products, a convenience, from the farm to the oven to their table. A healthy alternative for inner city neighborhoods. We beautify, we create jobs, we are improving quality of life. Our inner-city population has insufficient foyers to career training, and economic opportunities. We have observed a lack of bakeries in Detroit neighborhoods, with good fresh baked goods, as well as a need to create inner city jobs. Employment in neighborhoods that people can reach without automobiles. We want to train life changing careers. Remove the blight, initiating safe walkable streets, activate reinvestment into damaged neighborhoods, to rebirth the area in which I live. Invest in a commercial corridor that will serve the community and start a transformation of a neighborhood.

Monkey Bread is actually the fruit that grows on a Baobab tree, found in Africa.
Also known as the Tree of Life, because everything is usable on this tree it also provides water. The leaves are used for medicine, the bark is used for rope and clothing, the fruit is very nutritious and eaten. This is a prehistoric species
that predates both mankind and the splitting of the continents. The fruit, known
as Monkey Bread, was at one time used for trade and currency by French explorers.
Our Monkey Bread (the baked delegacy) is made in honor of the Baobab tree.
A pastry that was well known in the late 1940’s and 1950’s, but it turned out
like many other food recipes that were lost and forgotten with the passing of
generations.
